The world is becoming extremely competitive and the intellectual capital of a
nation is a valuable asset.  The curriculum and discipline of our educational
institutions must be strengthened.

Our teachers need a strong organization representing their needs for fair
compensation, improved working conditions and enhanced continuing
education opportunities. These organizations will act to ensure our teachers
are the best equipped in the world.
